One story House
When renovating this flat, one-story, 100 year old “町屋machi-ya”(Japanese old house), we opened up the ceiling to create a spacious, airy feeling. In addition to the high ceiling, there are many original sources of light: light fixtures shaped out of “washi” (Japanese paper), such as those with a flower and moon shape. Some windows are also created using stained glass. You can really enjoy the space of light.
Next to the small white stone garden, there is a bath made with modern tile.
